  • To keep projects focused, efficient, and within scope, the following services are not included by default:

    • Third-Party Plugins & Custom Integrations* — External plugins, advanced custom code integrations, or third-party platform setups

    • SEO — Technical setup*, ongoing SEO strategy, keyword research, and optimization campaigns.

    • Extensive Training* — Projects include a basic walkthrough of your site.

    • Content Generation — Full website copywriting or blog content creation.

    • Full Graphic Design Services — Logo design, brand identity development, packaging, or extensive marketing collateral design.

    • Ongoing Support & Maintenance —Post-launch support plans, continuous edits, or long-term maintenance.

    • Advanced Analytics & Reporting — Custom reporting dashboards, conversion tracking setups, and marketing analytics implementation.

  • Every project is a little different. A standard 5-page Squarespace informational website typically takes around 3 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. It can move faster (or slower) depending on whether your content is ready to go, how quickly feedback is provided, and the extent of revisions requested.

    • Development Fee – One-time investment for design, responsive layout, and development services.

    • Domain Registration – Annual fee for your custom domain, paid to your chosen provider.

    • Squarespace Subscription – Recurring fee for hosting and platform use, paid directly to Squarespace.

  • To secure your spot on our schedule:

    • A 50% upfront payment

    To begin development:

    • Most importantly, your content—text, images, backgrounds, icons, videos, logos, badges, graphic design assets, and anything else you’d like included on your site.

    • Your logo, if you have one. If not, no problem—we can use styled text to display your brand name.

    • Brand guidelines or assets like colors and fonts are helpful, but not required.

    • Let us know about any special features your site needs.

    • Have websites you love? Share them and tell us what you like—fonts, hues, layout, features—so we can draw inspiration for your site.

    And don’t worry if everything isn’t fully ready yet—we’ll guide you through the process and help fill in the gaps along the way.

    Before launching your site:

    • Your custom domain and domain provider details (don’t have one yet? We’re happy to help you secure one.)

    • An active Squarespace subscription—or the details needed to help you set one up

  • Because we often book projects a few weeks in advance, we may not always be able to start immediately—so it’s best to double-check our current availability.

    Once you’re officially on our schedule, we’re ready to begin development as soon as your content and assets are provided.

  • We do not offer content generation services, but we’re happy to guide you on what’s needed, and make sure you’re developing the right content for your site.

  • Every site is custom-designed around your brand, content, and goals. While Squarespace templates can serve as a starting point, we build from a clean base—on a blank canvas—and design your site from the ground up, so it feels tailored, not cookie-cutter.

    It also really helps if you share websites you love—even from completely different industries. That gives us a better sense of the style, layout, and overall vibe you’re envisioning for your own site.

  • All Squarespace sites are fully responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.

    The magic of Squarespace 7.1’s Fluid Engine is that desktop and mobile layouts can be adjusted independently. That means your site isn’t simply “shrunk down” for mobile—it’s intentionally designed to look great on every screen. And like most modern CMS platforms, content automatically adapts based on screen size.

    Additionally, desktop and mobile content visibility can be controlled independently. Certain blocks, sections, images, or design elements can be hidden specifically on mobile or desktop, allowing for a cleaner and more tailored experience across devices.

  • We’ll make sure your new or revamped site is fully up and running!

    If you already own a custom domain, we can either connect it to your Squarespace site or transfer it to Squarespace Domains.

    Domain transfers typically take between 5 to 15 days whilst simply connecting an existing domain usually takes up to 72 hours (often less), depending on your provider.

    If you don’t have a domain yet, we’re happy to help you search for, purchase, and register one.

    Need multiple domains connected? We can handle that too.

  • Squarespace automatically includes an SSL certificate with every subscription—no need to purchase anything extra—so your site will always have a secure connection. The platform also follows modern security best practices to help keep your website safe and protected.

  • Yes — you won’t have to rely on us for future updates. One of the reasons we love Squarespace is its intuitive, user-friendly interface. We confidently hand off projects knowing our clients can manage their sites on their own.

    You’ll be able to handle basic updates like editing text, swapping images, and adding or updating pages and subpages with ease.

    If you’d rather not manage updates yourself, we’re always happy to step in and help with edits, technical support, or improvements down the line. Updates can be handled as separate projects, depending on the scope.

  • After launch, you’re not left on your own. We’re always just a message away.

    We don’t offer ongoing maintenance on a monthly retainer, but you can reach out anytime for support as needed.

  • Everything we build is fully yours. Your website is developed in a dedicated Squarespace account. Once the project is complete, full ownership is transferred to you, so everything is entirely in your hands.
